Teaching in Butler for forty- eight years, she has devoted her life to dance. Lee believes that her involvement with so many organizations increases her education and keeps her refreshed and inspired. It also provides many opportunities for her students.

TERRI MOLCZAN
- Thirty-four year faculty member, studied at Lee’s School of Dance. Terri is a member of the Dance Masters of America and Pennsylvania. She is certified to teach by test. She received the Dance Masters of America and Pennsylvania Scholarship to attend the Teachers Training School at Kent State University where she is a training school graduate. Terri is a member of the Cecchetti Council of America and serves as secretary for the Pennsylvania Cecchetti Committee. She attends the Cecchetti Workshops and was chosen to teach the junior students scholarship audition. She has taught the Sigel Workshop in Altoona, PA and the Summer Dance Workshop at Lee’s School of Dance. Terri serves as Co-director of Jr. Cecchetti Ballet Company, on the staff of Miss Butler County, choreographer and dancer- MTG. She taught for the PA Committee of Cecchetti Ballet and served as DMA Junior workshop chairman for the national convention in NYC & Florida.

TERRY LEYLAND
- Twenty-nine year faculty member and studied at Lee’s School of Dance. Terry graduated from Dance Masters of Pennsylvania Teachers Training School at Kent State University and was the recipient of the TTS Scholarship. A former member of BHS Varsity Gymnastics Team. Terry is National Safety Certified by USA Gymnastics. She is the audition teacher for the DMP Barth Gymnastics Scholarship. Terry was also an audition Tap Teacher for DMP scholarships.
Terry has taught for the Summer Dance Workshops at Lee’s School of Dance and for Steve Heasley’s Summer Gymnastic Camps. Terry is a member of Dance Masters of America and Pennsylvania certified to teach by test. She is also a member of the Cecchetti Council of American and Pennsylvania. Terry is the assistant Choreographer and Board Member of the Miss Butler County and Miss Moraine State Scholarship Pageant for the Miss America Pageant. She is a certified judge for the Miss America Scholarship Pageant Organization . Terry is the director and choreographer of the Little Miss, Junior Miss and Teen Miss Butler County of America Pageants. She is the former choreographer for MTG. She donates her time as the choreographer for Butler City, Summer Dramatics Musical Program. Terry is now serving on the Board for Dance Masters of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Miss America program.

BECKY
SANZOTT
- Twenty-two
year faculty member began her dance training at Lee’s
and continued there throughout high school. She attended
Point Park College on scholarship and was a member of
and performed with the college company, American Dance
Ensemble. Becky graduated from Point Park College in
1980 Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Dance and a minor in
accounting. Upon returning to Butler, she was employed
for several years by Shelor’s and Butler Gymnastics
Club. In 1986, Becky was a guest teacher for a summer
gymnastics workshop at SRU. Becky attended and graduated
from Teacher’s Training School at Kent State
University on Scholarship from Dance Masters of America
and Pennsylvania. Becky has continued her studies by
attending TTS as a post-graduate at Buffalo University
and taking Pilates classes. She is currently a member of
Dance Masters of America and Pennsylvania and the
Cecchetti Council of America and PA. Becky is presently
serving as President of Dance Masters of PA, Chapter 10.
Becky believes in giving back to the community by
donating time to local productions and choreographing
numerous MTG shows.

MARTIN OESTERLING
- Joined our staff
eighteen years ago as a gymnastic instructor. He lettered two years as a
Butler High Gymnast and competed on the Varsity Team. Martin is National Safety Certified by
US Gymnastics. He has been a gymnast since the age of ten. Martin is presently employed by Blue Star Imports, a division of American Eagle Outfitters in Cranberry.

TERRI CLOUSE
- Baton Instructor-Started teaching at Lee’s School of Dance in 1998. Terri has had 10 years of formal training. She competed in the National Baton Twirling Association and was Featured Twirler for Seneca Valley High School for three years. She also assisted in training the Seneca Majorettes.

JILL OSCHE
- Joining our staff last year, Jill started dancing at the age of three at Lee’s, and participated as a competition dancer. Jill graduated from Butler County Community College in May with a degree in nursing and is planning on pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She will be employed at Magee Women’s Hospital as a registered nurse.

SHEENA HOLLINGER
- Sheena is a six year faculty member at Lee's School of Dance. She is a member of Dance Masters of America and Pennsylvania. Sheena has passed her Cecchetti Teachers Exams thru Grade III with highest honors. A member of the Cecchetti Council of America, she plans to continue her education in the coming years. She was the Assistant Choreographer for MTG's Summer Production and the Little, Junior and Teen Miss Butler County/America Pageants. In 2006 Sheena won the Interview Award in the Miss Dance of Pa competition. She was crowned Miss Butler County 2004 and Miss Western Woodlands in 2003, both titles being preliminaries to the Miss Pennsylvania/ America Pageant. In 2000, Sheena received the Talent Award in the Miss Dance of Pennsylvania competition. She attended Point Park University's Summer Intensive program in the summer of 2000 and the Cecchetti Council of America Workshop held at Hope College in Michigan in 1999.
Sheena was a student of Lee's School of Dance for seventeen years where she was a competition dancer and student teacher. She was also a member of the Jr. and Sr. Cecchetti Ballet Companies. Sheena enjoys working hand in hand with the students and teachers of Lee's.
